Hi there! I’m Emily! This is my website where you can find info about my music but I thought I’d give you a little background about me :)

I grew up in Starke, FL and started taking piano lessons at age 6, and voice lessons at age 10. I always loved pop music and had dreams of being a singer, but it wasn’t until I bought a copy of 1989 by Taylor Swift and listened to her songwriting voice memos that I decided to try songwriting. It was a rocky start but eventually learned to love the process of songwriting!

I decided to move to Nashville in 2020 to pursue my dream and study songwriting at Middle Tennessee State University. Since then I’ve opened for Olivia O’Brien, won a BMI John Lennon Scholarship, performed at the Bluebird Cafe, was a finalist for the 2024 American Songwriter Song Contest, and I released my debut EP “Otherworldly” and debut album “Birds Eye View.” Most recently I released my new single “That’s How I Know.”

 

It’s been such a journey so far, and I’m having the most fun of my life making music and sharing it with others! I’m so happy and grateful that you’re here following along, there’s so much coming soon. Sign up for my email list for updates :)
